What our work covers

  • Leak tracing and repair on sanctuaries, fellowship halls, education wings and additions
  • Full replacement of low-slope membrane sections and steep-slope shingle roofs
  • Flashing at roof-to-wall transitions, steeple bases, dormers and penetrations
  • Drainage and gutter corrections so water leaves the roof
  • Per-building documentation: what was found, what was done

How the job runs

  1. You tell us about the building and where it is leaking or aging.

  2. We inspect the roof and photograph what we find — drone and infrared when the roof calls for them.

  3. Your board or building committee gets a written, itemized scope: repair where repair holds, replacement where it does not.

  4. Work is phased around services, events and weekday programs, and closed out with documentation.

Questions we hear

Can you work around our worship schedule?
Yes — staging, noise-heavy tear-off and access are agreed before work starts so services, funerals and weekday programs can go on.
Our roof has flat and steep sections. Can one contractor handle both?
Yes. Churches often combine a low-slope membrane area with a pitched roof; we assess each section on what it shows and scope them separately.
Will our board get something it can compare?
Yes — a written, itemized proposal with the scope for each roof section, so a committee can put it side by side with other bids.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. We give a written labor and workmanship warranty: 5 years on full roof replacements, siding or gutter jobs, and 3 months on repairs and roof layovers. The details are on the warranty certificate you receive for your job.
