- Why infrared?
- Wet material holds heat differently, so moisture shows on a thermal scan that the eye misses. It is how a stubborn leak that has beaten other repairs gets found.
- Do you need to get on the roof?
- Not always — drones handle roofs that are too steep, high or fragile to walk safely, and we combine what we see with the other methods.
