What we collect when you request service
This notice explains how Amron Properties LLC, doing business as St. Louis Roofing & Exteriors, handles information through this website.
- Your name, phone number and email address, and any message you choose to include
- Available campaign details from the link that brought you here — advertising click identifiers, campaign tags, the page you landed on and the referring page
- Connection information, including your IP address, used to protect the site and limit repeated requests
How we use it
- We use your request to respond, arrange follow-up and manage the resulting customer and job records
- Submitting a service request does not enroll you in general or seasonal marketing — we use it for follow-up on the service you asked about
- Service requests are stored in Rooftimate, our business management system, where authorized staff review and work them
- Your name, phone number, email address and message are also copied into our office's work-management system, where staff schedule follow-up; if that copy cannot be confirmed, the request is emailed to our office inbox instead
- A service inquiry that does not become a job is kept unless the record is deliberately removed; it does not expire automatically. Paperwork for completed jobs is handled separately
Cookies and measurement
- A session cookie supports the site's forms and security
- A first-party campaign cookie remembers your first tracked visit and your latest campaign visit; it expires 30 days after it is written
- Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags are not currently active on this site
Payment and financing links
- Our payment links take you to Helcim's hosted payment service; our financing link takes you to Enhancify. Information you enter on those external services is handled under their own privacy notices
