THE ROOFERS WHO CALL YOU BACK

Privacy notice

What we collect when you request service

This notice explains how St. Louis Roofing & Exteriors handles information through this website.

Your name, phone number and email address, and any message you choose to include
Available campaign details from the link that brought you here — advertising click identifiers, campaign tags, the page you landed on and the referring page
Connection information, including your IP address, used to protect the site and limit repeated requests

We use your request to respond, arrange follow-up and manage the resulting customer and job records
Submitting a service request does not enroll you in general or seasonal marketing — we use it for follow-up on the service you asked about
Service requests are stored in Rooftimate, our business management system, where authorized staff review and work them
Your name, phone number, email address and message are also copied into our office's work-management system, where staff schedule follow-up; if that copy cannot be confirmed, the request is emailed to our office inbox instead
A service inquiry that does not become a job is kept unless the record is deliberately removed; it does not expire automatically. Paperwork for completed jobs is handled separately

If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to text you about your request, appointments, estimate, job and invoices. We do not send marketing texts
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help
We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your agreement to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages
Read our text messaging terms

A session cookie supports the site's forms and security
A first-party campaign cookie remembers your first tracked visit and your latest campaign visit; it expires 30 days after it is written
This site uses Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI) measurement tags. They record page visits and clicks, such as taps on our phone number, and whether a service request was sent, but never what you type into the form. Google and OpenAI set their own cookies to do this

Our payment links take you to Helcim's hosted payment service; our financing link takes you to Enhancify. Information you enter on those external services is handled under their own privacy notices

For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, contact info@stlroof.com. We review requests individually.
