- Yes, building by building, each with its own findings and paperwork.
- We have an active leak in an occupied unit. What happens first?
- We inspect to find where water is getting in and report what we found with photos, so you know whether it is a repair or part of a larger replacement decision.
- Is your work covered by a warranty?
- Yes. We give a written labor and workmanship warranty: 5 years on full roof replacements, siding or gutter jobs, and 3 months on repairs and roof layovers. The details are on the warranty certificate you receive for your job.
