Do you repair roofs as well as replace them?: Both. If a repair will hold, we will tell you so. If it will not, we will tell you what the roof actually needs and why.
What if there is something wrong under the old roof?: Nobody knows what the decking looks like until the old roof is off. If we find soft decking, or anything else the estimate did not cover, we stop and show you, and we agree on the change with you before we go further.
