- Yes — we plan scope and scheduling together so the larger replacements can be timed to the calendar you choose.
- Do you work on just one building?
- Yes. Campus work is often one roof at a time; the same standards apply.
- Can you give our board something to compare?
- Yes — a written, itemized proposal with the scope for each roof, in a form a board or facilities committee can put next to other bids.
- Is your work covered by a warranty?
- Yes. We give a written labor and workmanship warranty: 5 years on full roof replacements, siding or gutter jobs, and 3 months on repairs and roof layovers. The details are on the warranty certificate you receive for your job.
