- Can you do one building now and the rest later?
- Yes. Many owners re-roof in phases; each building gets its own findings and paperwork so a later phase starts from the record.
- How do you handle resident leak complaints?
- We trace the leak to its source on the roof before recommending anything, and report what we found with photos so the manager can answer the resident.
- Is your work covered by a warranty?
- Yes. We give a written labor and workmanship warranty: 5 years on full roof replacements, siding or gutter jobs, and 3 months on repairs and roof layovers. The details are on the warranty certificate you receive for your job.
