What we found
The flashing at a rooftop unit was weathered and dirty. That is the before photo.
- Weathered TPO flashing at the base of a rooftop unit
What we did
We repaired the TPO that was there. This was not a tear-off. New TPO patches were heat-welded along a seam. A roof drain was re-flashed, and the drain has a strainer. A pipe penetration was sealed with a TPO boot.
